Billie Eilish

Billie Eilish was born in Los Angeles and found fame as a young teen with her song "Ocean Eyes," which went viral on SoundCloud in 2015. Her debut studio album, 'When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?' was written and recorded with her brother and frequent collaborator, Finneas. It was released in March 2019, and debuted at No. 1 on the April 13, 2019-dated Billboard 200 chart. Though "You Should See Me in a Crown," the first single off the set, peaked at No. 41 on the Hot 100, her fifth one -- "Bad Guy" -- became her first No. 1 on the chart, reaching the top on the Aug. 24, 2019, tally. The critically acclaimed album earned her six 2020 Grammy nods, five of which she took home: record of the year and song of the year ("Bad Guy"), album of the year and best pop vocal album, and best new artist. Those Grammy accolades made her the youngest artist to get nominations for and win each of the four general-field categories within one eligibility period, as well as becoming the only woman at the time to win the Big Four awards on one night.
